the weather has finally turned around (for today)

There has been some knitting progress, though.
I finished the first clue in the mystery shawl, so far, so good.

I got the needed yarn and finished and blocked johnette's christmas socks.

I also finished the medusa cascade anklets. Kind of cute, aren't they?

and visited this little guy. He's still in foster care with his momma, but I'm hoping he'll get to come home with me in a couple of weeks. There's still some hurdles to jump here with the humane society, so I'm trying not to get too attached, but, how could you resist that face. (minus the devil eyes, of course)

no guarantee of how much knitting will happen this week, I've got clue #2 on the shawl to do....depends on the weather.

I'm just so excited - what hurdles, could they stop this in it's tracks - what's the problem with the Humane Society? Don't they want good homes for their babies?
Ack!
The lace is lovely the sockies are so cute!
Keep me posted. He's such a dream boat (ok, devil eyes might indicate a spot of mischief-making in the making)
:)
